Who can book?Non-Members: Can book up to 7 days in advance, but must pay in person at the reception desk when making the booking. However, they can also book courts on the day over the telephone subject to availablity. An on-line booking service is also available to inclusive members, annual & six month members and booking card holders. Please click on the Connect on-line bookings tab for further details. Can I pay over the telephone?We only accept credit card payments over the telephone for Children's Birthday Party deposits. Taking other payments over the telephone would de-value our Advance Leisure booking card. What is the cancellation period?We require 48 hrs notice of cancellation for bookings made by members and 7 days notice in writing or by e-mail for club block bookings. This then allows us a reasonable period of time to try and re-book the vacant slot. For cancellation of pre-booked fitness classes we require notification by 12 noon on the day. Anyone failing to do so or simply not attending on the night will be charged a debt of 50% of the standard class fee. (Direct debit members - Please note this includes you too) We operate a waiting list for each class where necessary, so if you can't make it please notify us as we can then contact the next person to ensure they can attend. REMEMBER - IT COULD BE YOU ON THE WAITING LIST HOPING THAT IF ANYONE IS UNABLE TO ATTEND THEY DO THE DECENT THING AND NOTIFY US SO THAT WE CAN BOOK YOU IN INSTEAD. *Finally, please record your attendance at reception by having your advance card swiped by the reception staff. |
