The latest fitness class timetable is valid from 1st April 2012 but is subject to change so please contact the reception desk at your chosen venue to check availability.

Please note -those arriving later than 10 minutes after the class start time may be refused entry ,on the grounds of having carried out an insufficient warm-up ,and the disruption to the Instructor and other customers.

Aerobics

Still one of the best workouts - uplifting and motivating. Choose either the high energy option, or drop down a level and work low impact with no running involved. Suitable for everyone and a fantastic ab blast. Just what you need to make you feel great.

Aero Mix

A fun class for all abilities. A mix of aerobic, dance and toning exercise to help you get fit the fun way. Both men and women welcome.

Aero Punch

Feel the burn where it counts - A great class to tone those legs, bums and tums. Not just your average class.

Aero Pump

The workout for all with max results. A weights class to challenge and leave you feeling stronger. Attend twice a week or more to become slimmer and more shapely. For toning and fat burning it just has to be Aero Pump.

Aero Step

One big party, a high energy fun cardio workout, with powerful, easy to follow moves. Great for calorie burning plus leg and butt toning. Using the step reduces joint stress whilst providing excellent cardio conditioning. A class to leave you feeling energised, fit and happy.

Body Sculpt

A fun effective complete body workout using hand weights or bands. Tone your body with motivating music and dancy moves. Suitable for all, give it a go burn fat, tone muscle, get fit, stay fit and feel great.

Boxercise

Classic boxing techniques using ,pads, gloves and jump ropes. This class will help you to increase your speed, agility, strength and endurance.

Circuit Training (mixed and ladies only)

A straight forward tone and firming workout for the whole body based in the Harpers Fitness Suite. No fancy moves, suitable for all levels from the super-fit to the first time exerciser. Come and join this motivating class that will leave you feeling exhilarated.

A Creche is available with the daytime class. Entry subject to Harpers Fitness Induction/Membership.

Dual Tempo

An interval class aimed at burning fat faster and getting fit quicker.Alternating 4 minutes Bodytone, 4 minutes Hi-lo Impact Aerobics for an hour.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga

A class to target flexibility, core stability and strength and incorporates deep stretch, Yoga postures and Pilates exercises. It's not the traditional yoga spiritual experience - It mimics Yoga's sytle offering postures for strength and stability. Suitable for all.

Legs Bums 'n' Tums

A lower body blitz, toning all areas below the waist. There are three sections; a cardio warm up of aerobics or step, toning with optional weights and bands and floor work including Pilates to target abdominals, legs and bums.

Fitness Pilates

A class for all abilities featuring muscular endurance and moving you towards total relaxation.

Total Abs

A class that concentrates purely on your abdominal area , to make it stronger and flatter,with a little work to strengthen back muscles.

Zumba

Pairs pulsating latin rhythms with red-hot International Dance Steps.Infectious music,easy to follow dance moves and body-beautifying benefits.

All classes cost £4.80 at SJSC and £4.40 at NWSC.

Worcester City Council Employees are entitled to a 50% discount (please provide proof of employment)
