The Business Development Manager or Operations Manager will then respond in writing in the customer comment book within three working days.

The Business Development Manager or Operations Manager will respond within three working days.
2. Collect a customer comment card from the dispenser in reception, fill in the details and post it in to the box located underneath the display board.
The Business Development Manager or Operations Manager will then respond in writing within seven working days, with a monthly report displayed on the customer feedback board at the end of each calendar month, to inform all our customers of any written comments received and action taken where appropriate.
All comments displayed on the board are done so anonymously, in order to protect the identity of the customer involved.
3. Complete the Form available as a download and return to the Centre at your convenience.
